Job Description

A Medical Device company based in Berkshire are currently seeking to appoint a Regulatory Affairs Officer. The company provide consumer health Medical Devices within Electro/Physio Therapy. In this role, you will be responsible for the production and amendment of Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs) and other regulatory activities. This is a permanent, full-time role. Hybrid working is available, with 2 days a week working from the office in Berkshire. 

Role Overview:

  • Reporting directly to the Head of the department, be responsible for the generation and review of clinical evidence for both new and existing products. 
  • Take responsibility for the continuing evaluation, amendment and production of Clinical Evaluation Reports in line with all relevant regulations such as MDR.
  • Produce documentation in preparation for submissions to regulatory notification bodies such as BSI. 
  • Conduct systematic research and literature reviews relevant to the regulations, products and research areas that are of interest to the company.

Requirements: 

  • Direct experience in producing and amending Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs) (Essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of all relevant regulations such as MDR. 
  • MSc or above in a relevant discipline. 
  • Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills. With the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different departments and disciplines.
