Just applied straight after coming from working in the medical device and Pharma industries

Setting up two new cleanroom facilities from scratch including installation, commissioning and validation of each and everything inside

Everyday is different

erratic working hours sometimes.

organisational, initiative and a good work ethic
What advice would you give someone wanting to get into your industry?
never leave something till the next day
Finally, what is the strangest thing you have ever had to do in your working life?
We hold many weird and wonderful bacteria and viruses on site and getting interviewed by counter terrorism police when wanting to buy a new one was quite strange
