We are looking for an individual with experience in recruitment who is ready to take the next step in their career. We welcome applicants from all recruitment backgrounds, however a passion for science would be ideal!

What the job involves:

• Identifying candidates for jobs using our in-house database, job boards, social media platforms, attending industry events and networks
• Generating new business opportunities to build client portfolio using various means; marketing, social media, networking events
• Engaging and consulting with candidates to knowledgeably assess their suitability for specific jobs and companies
• Arranging and managing interviews, handling job offers and package negotiations
• Service existing accounts to fill permanent, temporary, contract and executive jobs

Who you are:

Our consultants come from a range of different backgrounds and, as such, we are open to candidates from any recruitment background or discipline.

You must have at least one year experience working within a recruitment agency within a 360 position.

Our offices are based in the heart of beautiful Harrogate, town centre and are easily accessible by public transport links from York/Leeds/Bradford/Ripon and surrounding areas. After training, all of our employees have the option to request hybrid working arrangements.
