Would like a higher salary, I bring significant value beyond my pay grade that I'd like to be recognised and rewarded.

What advice would you give someone wanting to get into your industry?

Do internships, gain experience and find out what you love, then run with it.

Finally, what is the strangest thing you have ever had to do in your working life?

Buy meat for an experiment, I am a vegetarian and the whole experience was a very tough moral dilemma.
