Our client is a market leader and pioneer in the area of hospital based, medical devices who are well known for training, developing and investing in the growth of their staff.
We are currently recruiting for a South West based territory sales manager for their obstetrics and enteral market places.
This position is responsible for:
- To sell the range of products in-line with the current sales strategy to ensure successful results in all accounts, whether that be retention, growth or winning new business.
- Achieve targets in regional accounts and product group ranges in line with business strategy
- Develop all accounts as agreed with Sales Manager.
- Gain entry to new accounts to increase sales of targeted product ranges as agreed with the Sales Manager.
- Commence auditing and prospecting for future planning and for information which can be used to formulate and present commercial agreements.
- Maintain high level of communication within the team and internal stakeholders regarding competitors and any other relevant information.
- Responsible for organising and running promotional product meetings and symposia for medical and nursing staff

Key Skills Required:
- Solid medical device sales experience, with an excellent demonstrable sales track record.
- Account management experience,
- Experience of selling at consultant and senior decision maker level is also essential.
- It would be advantageous if you had working knowledge of procurement channels and NHS.
- Ideally degree educated
- You must be hard working and show integrity and ethical values
- Clinical Background
- NHS Trust proven sales experience.
- Capital or Consumable Sales success
- Commercially focused / experience of Clinical & Procurement
