Job Description

A Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturer are seeking Production Operators to join the team at their site in Kirklees. The role will predominantly involve the manufacture of APIs and intermediates for pharmaceutical products in line with cGMP standards. This would be an ideal role for a Graduate of Chemistry or a similar discipline looking to get started in the pharmaceutical industry, or for an experienced operator looking for a change.

Role Overview
• Production of APIs/Intermediates in accordance with SOPs
• Sampling of products and participation in Root Cause investigations in line with QC Procedures.
• Maintain high standards in relation to safety and complete all work in line with cGMP
• Shift Patterns of 12 hour shifts including days/nights/weekends. 4 on 4 off, repeated for 6 rotations, followed by 12 consecutive days off.

To be considered...


• Educated to Degree level or equivalent in relevant discipline such as Pharmaceutical Science/Chemistry, or equivalent experience in a similar environment.
• Basic IT Skills and the ability to work effectively in a Team Environment.
• Although beneficial, no previous experience in cGMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment is required.
• Practical Experience with HPLC and GC highly beneficial.
