Responsibilities will include cold calling prospective customers, following up on leads, contacting customers and managing the sales pipeline in order to drive sales growth forwards and capitalise on sales opportunities. Problem solving and innovative “outside of the box” thinking will also be required to provide customers with solutions.
To be considered for the role you will have a strong passion for sales. This should also transfer to your desire to speak to individuals internally and externally to gather interest in the company’s offerings. The ability to organise and prioritise is highly important and you should be disciplined in your approach. Furthermore, you should be able to work well as part of a team as well as autonomously and have the ability to communicate effectively. An outgoing personality is also highly beneficial.
