Field Sales Manager – UK (Surgical & Medical Devices)
£70,000 basic + uncapped bonus + car/allowance

What they now need is you—a hands-on Field Sales Manager who can inspire, develop, and guide.

- Not an account management role – this is 100% about leadership, coaching, and strategy
- Be in the field at least 3 days/week – working closely with your team across the UK

About You:
- A natural leader with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams
- Energetic, positive, and people-focused – you thrive on supporting others
- Comfortable travelling regularly across UK territories
- Strategic and commercially sharp, but driven by purpose as much as profit
- Surgical device experience or experience working within an operating theatre environment is required
- Ideally you will be based central or open to travelling across the UK
