Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing hospital accounts through strategic planning and relationship building.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Coordinate and support product trials and clinical evaluations within hospital environments.
- Collect and document clinical feedback to support ongoing product improvement and regulatory compliance.
- Provide responsive, solution-focused customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Plan and manage territory schedules efficiently, optimising time, travel, and customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) in line with company reporting standards.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, clinical applications, and competitor landscape.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
Essential:
- Recent graduate in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Business, or a clinical background
- Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare (placements or internships welcomed).
- Familiarity with NHS or medical technology sector.
