Ophthalmic Territory Sales Manager

A fast-growing ophthalmology product supplier whose mission is to supply cutting-edge solutions to the UK NHS & Private healthcare market. Due to their success and future growth plans, they are now looking to add a new Ophthalmic Territory Sales Manager to their already successful sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing NHS and Private hospital accounts in an assigned geographic territory (North London, Home Counties, East Anglia)
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish effective business growth processes
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows
  • Stay updated with new products, promotions, and other relevant information of interest to customers
  • Grow the existing portfolio, including key customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and various support teams

You Will Have:

  • Prior experience in surgical settings is essential
  • Ophthalmology nurses or similar professions looking to develop into a sales career will be considered
  • Experience with Ophthalmology products or products sold into surgery settings would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated sales account management skills within a territory is preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding expectations
