Salary:
€80,000 -€100,000 base + Company Car + 15% bonus
The company is a leading manufacturer of Chromatography and Spectroscopy instruments and consumables. Their technologies are integral to scientific research and industrial applications worldwide, serving a variety of fields.
The Position:
Reporting directly to the CEO you will be leading a team of 14 (7 project managers, 7 Technical specialists) based at the Montlucon site.
Ensure competitive differentiation in the life sciences and chromatography markets by aligning product innovation with customer demands and sales strategies.
Drive New Product Introduction, ensuring projects meet milestones within time, budget, and quality expectations.
Establish robust product lifecycle management processes that optimize product profitability and operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Technical Services personnel to achieve strategic and financial objectives.
Actively contribute to Senior Leadership meetings to share updates, challenges, and progress reports.
The position is office-based in Montlucon, France 3 days a week. There will be 25% Travel which will be a mix of domestic and international.
The Requirements:
Educated with a degree in a Scientific, Engineering or Business related field.
Experience in Product Management in a leadership capacity is essential.
Valid Drivers licence and fluent French and English are essential.
