About the Company

We are working with a well-established, internationally recognised organisation in the healthcare sector. Known for their extensive portfolio of patient care solutions, they are expanding rapidly and have ambitious plans to strengthen their presence in the UK hospital market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new and existing business within the hospital sector.
  • Build strong relationships with therapy teams, procurement, infection control, tissue viability and nurse managers.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes.
  • Analyse territory and market potential to inform strategic planning.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise opportunities.
  • Report directly to the National Sales Manager.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree-level education (BA/BSc) desirable.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in healthcare, clinical, sales, or sports science preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good planning and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of the UK healthcare market highly desirable.
  • Motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
  • Full training and ongoing support provided.

Environment

  • Covering North West England.
  • Predominantly field-based with occasional overnight travel.
  • Involvement in trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Hands-on product demonstrations alongside healthcare professionals.

  • £35,000-£45,000 basic depending on experience (achievable OTE of £65k ).
