Business Development Manager – Dental Distributors (UK, Ireland & Nordics)

The Role

As Business Development Manager, your core responsibility will be driving growth in the dental sector across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. You’ll focus on building and strengthening distributor partnerships, expanding market share, and delivering innovative solutions to dental professionals. While dental is the priority, you’ll also identify opportunities in adjacent sectors such as veterinary, pharmacy, primary care, and aged care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate growth in the dental distributor market
  • Build, manage, and support dental distributor networks with structured business plans and performance reviews
  • Deliver sales and profit targets through effective commercial execution
  • Train and coach distributors to drive product adoption, conversion, and long-term growth
  • Lead pricing negotiations and manage contractual agreements
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and commercial operations
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) updates and contribute to demand planning

What You’ll Bring (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in dental distribution sales and management
  • Established knowledge of the dental market with strong distributor relationships
  • Proven ability to deliver commercial results in the dental sector
  • Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and accountable approach to growth
  • Fluent in English; willing to travel up to 60% across the region
