The role
We are looking for an experienced HPLC Field Service Engineer to join the team, providing expert support to customers across France and Germany. This is a position in the North East of France, requiring regular travel to customer sites.
Key responsibilities include:
Installing HPLC instruments and software on customer sites.
Delivering user training and providing technical support.
Carrying out preventive maintenance and qualification of instruments.
Planning and managing service visits while maintaining clear communication with customers.
Preparing and submitting accurate service reports.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience with HPLC instrumentation.
Previous field service experience.
Valid driving licence.
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable with frequent travel.
