As a key member of the Customer Support Department, you will meet targets set for responding to customer breakdowns, planned maintenance and installations, in addition to growing and developing the service side of the business. All applicants in the Southern regions of the UK will be considered.

The successful individual will be highly customer focused, preferably with chemistry background and/or service experience. Previous experience in the laboratory equipment market is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given should you demonstrate the determination and ability to become an effective member of the team. A current driving license is essential for this position.
