Job Description
This is an exciting time to join this innovative and expanding agrochemical company at their new site in Oxfordshire. The company are currently experiencing a period of expansion and growth in order to facilitate their Analytical, R&D and Formulation capabilities.
As Study Director, you will be responsible for developing, expanding, and ensuring efficient day to day operation of the company’s screening programme, testing a variety of agrochemical formulations. You will ensure all appropriate regulations and guidelines are adhered to, provide technical expertise to the internal commercial team and liaise with external partners to build and maintain strong relationships.

Role Overview
- Develop and conduct GEP Studies
- Provide technical expertise to Commercial Team and liaise with external partners.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines – GEP, GLP, EPPO.
- Train and maintain Junior staff

Requirements
- Practical experience in a similar commercial/industrial setting working to GLP/GEP/EPPO regulations.
- Understanding of the agrochemical industry and Agricultural market.
- Expert in Entomology/Plant Pathology
