We are working with an expanding, US based organisation, to identify and appoint a Strategic Account Manager to be based either in the UK or Germany. The SAM will be responsible for 4 accounts, 3 of which are based in Germany and one in France, ensuring they have positive, differentiated experiences across all the company’s products and services that result in increased customer retention, upselling opportunities and partnership as a preferred vendor. You will:
The successful individual will preferably have a scientific/technical degree and significant previous experience selling technical products. You will have significant experience of selling in a global capacity across multiple cultures and proven ability in delivering a consistent experience for complex, multinational customers. Experience with science related solutions and/or information/intellectual property is desirable.
You should be based close to an international airport as significant international travel will be involved.
