We are working with an organisation who provide innovative laboratory technology to the Life Science market. The company pride themselves on providing the highest level of customer service to their clients and supply them with technology which enables companies to operate effectively and efficiently in their chosen areas. They provide a wide range of instrumentation to support businesses to carry out integral and important tasks.
Due to business growth they are looking to recruit a Service Engineer to work closely with their customers in order to provide technical support and troubleshooting services. Due to the nature of the role, the suitable candidate will see a lot of their time spent on the road assisting customers with maintenance and installations. You will also spend time at the company location working with the wider business on a variety of equipment tasks.
To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BTEC Level 3 in Electronics qualification or time served experience. Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software is highly important. You should also be able to communicate well at all levels and have experience of working closely with customers. A background in servicing lab equipment would beneficial also.
