Job Description

Location – UK Home-based

We are working with an expanding, US based organisation, to identify and appoint a Sales Manager, New Accounts, to be based in the UK. You will be responsible for managing a sales team of 5 Business Development across an EMEA territory.

  • Team management including all aspects; performance, targets, development, training and mentoring team members
  • Analysing KPIs and implementing measures to improve effectiveness
  • Management of sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives
  • Training sales team on customer requirements, market trends, product and service offerings and value propositions
  • Works collaboratively with internal departments to forecast and track the accuracy of sales projections, territory alignment and pricing strategies
  • Implement measures to motivate the sales team to succeed
  • Key account management across the territory

The successful individual will have a scientific/technical degree and significant previous experience selling into the laboratory/technical markets.
