Job Description
Based in offices at the heart of the beautiful Harrogate town centre (and/or from home), we are looking to grow our team with the addition of several like-minded consultants capable of working with us to drive our international expansion.
What our recruiters do…
- Identify candidates for jobs using our in-house database, job-boards, social media platforms, attending industry events and networks
- Generating new business opportunities to build client portfolio using various means; marketing, social media, networking events
- Engage and consult with candidates to knowledgably assess their suitability for specific jobs and companies
- Arranging and managing interviews, handling job offers and package negotiations
- Service existing accounts to fill permanent, temporary, contract and
- Service existing accounts to fill permanent, temporary, contract and executive jobs
To be considered...
Our consultants come from a range of different backgrounds and, as such, we are open to candidates from any background or discipline. You must have at least one year experience working within a recruitment agency within a 360 position.
