Job Description

Our client, a leading scientific development company, is looking to expand their team in North Yorkshire by recruiting a Receptionist to support the financial team.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all visitors have a positive experience
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Ensuring all security procedures are adhered to
  • Maintain and update all work instructions in relation to emergency procedures and other reception related matters
  • Booking all hotels
  • Booking internal lunches and taxis for employees and visitors to site

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years receptionist experience alongside having strong organisational skills to ensure the reception is run smoothly. You must have the ability to use Office 365, Outlook, Word and Excel and be in a commutable distance to the office. Being able to speak a different language would be advantageous.
