Our client is a long-established manufacturer of components and products for scientific instruments. They are looking for an experienced Quality Manager who will lead the growth of the compliance department.
Your role will be to oversee quality assurance, health and safety and all environmental procedures within the company. Working with stakeholders across all departments, this role includes:
A qualified Lead Auditor, you will have a minimum of 5 years in a Quality support role. You also have an Engineering background and experience with machined components or have worked in a Manufacturing company. You are able to interpret engineering drawings and have knowledge of lean and six sigma methods. You have experience of Health and Safety and Environmental management. You are someone who can lead from the front and see the bigger picture. You have a strong commercial focus and are able to positively influence others to adopt a particular course of action or change their views. You have effective communication and great interpersonal skills and a systematic approach.
