Job Description

Our client, a leading CRO providing pre-clinical testing services to the pharmaceutical industry is looking to recruit two Program Managers to join their established and expanding team.

Key responsibilities of the role include;

  • Advising clients on program and study design by working closely with the proposals and operations team to ensure all the clients’ requirements are met and compliant with current legislation.
  • Ensure programs of work are deliver in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all customer requirements are communicated internally.
  • Close liaison with internal Project Manager to ensure smooth delivery of status updates.
  • Provide clients with scientific, strategic and regulatory guidance to ensure the program of work is designed to progress compounds to clinical trials.
  • Assist the commercial team to identify and win new programs including; sales visits, representation at exhibitions and presenting at scientific conferences.

The ideal candidate will be educated in a scientific discipline with experience within a similar role. You will have strong scientific knowledge in one or more areas of non‑clinical development with a detailed understanding of the product development process. Program or Project Management is highly desirable especially within a CRO environment.
