Our client is an innovative medical devices provider of products manufactured to improve patient outcomes within the critical care / ITU / HDU and PICU departments We are currently recruiting a Territory Sales Manager; someone responsible for achieving the territory sales targets, managing and developing the hospital network while contributing to profitability.

Job Description

The role is working for an expanding team and requires a high level of self motivation and autonomy in which you will be entrusted with the tools to do your job to the highest standard possible. 

Essential Functions:

  • Achieve sales quotas as assigned.
  • Responsible for maintaining short range and long term plans for developing sales within the assigned territory.
  • Responsible for developing an adequate pipeline of potential sales to meet territory sales expectations.
  • Responsible for providing the required in-service education to customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining organized account records, including account profiles.
  • Responsible for providing various reports as required by management.
  • Responsible for maintaining and tracking demo and evaluation inventory. In addition, equipment must be maintained and presented in good working manner.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Skills Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience selling capital equipment to hospitals
  • A clinical knowledge of the critical care sector would be desired but not essential
  • Knowledge of company and competitive products
  • Self motivated and driven
  • Strategic and customer oriented selling skills
  • Professional and ethical
  • Organizational/Territory Time Management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
