Job Description
Responsibilities in this role include:
- Performing product demonstrations to clinicians & patients, and gathering their feedback.
- You will be tasked with facilitating training sessions with hospital sites, as well as providing patient support and assisting with product installation with patients.
About the Role
The role would be a daily contract that would have either one to three days of work per week during Monday to Friday. Functions of the role include:
- Provide clinical support to healthcare professionals and their patients in the hospital and home environment including product installation, troubleshooting and after-implementation support
- Schedule training sessions and attending multi-disciplinary team meetings as required
- Provide a responsive and caring customer service that focuses on clear communication, problem solving and empathy.
- Involved in the on boarding of new hospitals & patients, and working alongside our distribution partner.
- Support with the collection of patient outcomes to record in The Insides Company Clinical Registry.
- Develop and implement training materials for clinicians and nurses.
- Regular travel within the UK and possibly for the EU.
To be considered...
About You
- Experience within the colorectal, gastroenterology, or nutrition field and in-depth knowledge of the market
- Comfortable with inserting a distal feeding tube and handling stoma appliances
- Experience with public speaking and providing education to a range of disciplines
- Familiar and comfortable with technology
- Confident socially
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-driven.
Travel Arrangements:
- Sites that we will be engaged with are primarily based in major cities. We recommend to travel using trains, which will be reimbursed by the company.
- Any travel expenses will be reimbursed.
