As the Lead Formulation Chemist, you will be responsible for leading the product development and improvement team. You will lead and maintain the development of a formulation programme, working on new and existing products, while ensuring maintenance to all relevant guidelines and regulations. You will utilise your expertise and excellent communication skills to mentor junior scientists, assist the commercial team and liaise with external partners and suppliers.
