Job Description

ur client, a growing international pharmaceutical business is looking to strengthen their analytical team by the appointment of an experienced Laboratory Analyst. The successful candidate will be required to assist with the analysis of raw materials, intermediate and finished products by means of HPLC, GC, UV and other chromatographic techniques working to a high GLP, GMP standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right calibre of individual to enhance their career in the scientific industry.

  • Carrying out analysis using a range of instrumental and classical analytical techniques on a variety of dosage forms
  • Assist in the development of new and modified analytical methods and prepare related technical reports
  • Assist in the integration of new product analysis
  • Ensure analytical instrumentation is maintained

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a science based subject and have industry experience in an analytical environment. You will have recent experience in pharmaceutical analysis working to GMP and/or GLP and be familiar with HPLC, GC and UV.
