This Laboratory Technician role has arisen through the success and subsequent growth of our client during the first portion of this year. New positions are becoming available across the facility as this expansion continues, making this an ideal time to join the business.
As a Laboratory Technician, you will be directly involved in client projects by supporting the analysis of a range of products across the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. You will mainly be utilising HPLC, although training will be provided on other pieces of analytical apparatus such as GC, LC-MS and ICP-MS. Additional responsibilities will include sample preparation and general housekeeping duties to maintain the efficient day-to-day running of the laboratory.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant technical discipline such as Chemistry or Forensic Science. You will have previous hands-on experience performing analysis with HPLC and preferably other methods. This experience could have been gained in either an industrial or academic environment, for example during a research project. Excellent time-management will also be essential in order to meet demand and delivery client projects on time.Apply
