Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and dynamic sales team in an in-house sales manager position, supplying medical grade laser and aesthetic equipment to businesses across the UK. The company is very well respected and offer a diverse portfolio of products.

As the In-House Sales Manager you will be responsible for receiving and managing up inbound leads for the field-based team, building client relationships, and arranging appointments for your colleagues in the sales team.

You will also be sourcing new business, advising on products to prospects, and working closely with the marketing team to advise on new and different strategies we can take to engage with clients and

increase conversion. The role includes comprehensive and structured training on the product portfolio, as well as the biology and physics behind the systems. Candidates will also receive sales training and ongoing mentoring, marketing experience, and all the support necessary to be as successful as possible.

  • Handling inbound leads, using influence and excellent verbal communication skills to convert incoming leads into appointments for the field-based team.
  • Generation of material to aid lead conversion.
  • Supporting the sales team with exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Targeting new prospects with engaging campaigns to source new business.
  • Tracking and analysing the performance of aforementioned campaigns.
  • Working with the marketing team to thoroughly understand product USPs.

Experience of working in telesales is ideal; science, health care, or beauty experience is desirable

Candidates should ideally be located within a reasonable commuting distance from Cheshire. Strong candidates located nationwide will be considered for remote or hybrid roles.

Proven sales record with B2B.With a competitive starting salary and a VERY competitive bonus scheme, the successful candidate will also receive a company car and all other tools required to carry out the role including mobile phone, laptop etc.
