Job Description

Our client is a specialist life science and healthcare company who works with a range of clients including universities, pharmaceutical manufacturers and the NHS, amongst others. They provide expert advice and knowledge concerning clean room environments, biocontainment and laboratory set-up, providing a high level of service to support their clients in achieving their goals. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to join and lead part of their team.

Responsibilities will include overseeing project operations within the life sciences sector by working with clients to understand their requirements relating to project builds. This will include pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals and universities. You will also look after a number of Project Associates and Administrators, assisting them in their daily work as well as carrying out training and operational responsibilities. You will play an important part in delivering successful campaigns to the company’s clients in relation to varied projects and you will be required to provide expert advice to assist projects in relation to GMP, healthcare and biocontainment. 

To be considered...

To be considered for the role you will hold a degree in a Life Science or Engineering discipline and ideally have a Business-related qualification. Experience working in project management across Life Science / Pharma / Healthcare is also imperative most ideally within a building, equipment or set-up focus. Understanding GMP and experience in managing a team is also necessary. You will be a highly motivated and versatile individual with a passion for Healthcare and Life Sciences with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects at once. You should also be able and happy to travel within the UK.
