Job Description

Our client, a global FMCG brand with manufacturing sites in the US, Europe and the Middle East, require a Global Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure compliance with both domestic and international regulations related to their PPE division. You will also provide technical support for the implementation of regulatory strategies across the EMEA territory as part of the role. You can be home-based in this role as the company has regional offices across the UK.

Key responsibilities for the role include;

  • Supporting the R&D teams to develop new technology through the provision of regulatory training and assessments.
  • To support market access for products internationally and other regions as applicable.
  • Providing guidance to the business on domestic, international and product-specific regulatory strategies in support of business objectives.
  • Preparation of regulatory submissions.
  • Monitoring the development of regulatory initiatives and communicate potential business impact to senior management.
  • Conduct training on domestic and international regulatory requirements and/or impending regulations to the appropriate business team members to enable the best global development activities. 
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of regulatory procedures to assure consistent, efficient and compliant regulatory processes.

Knowledge of PPE regulations is essential for this role. You will possess a degree in a scientific discipline and have proven technical experience in a laboratory environment.

Experience working across various business departments would be a benefit as you will be working closely with other teams in your daily activities.
