WORK EXPERIENCE
European Support
- Work with key stakeholders (Country Directors, Channel Partners, Category Managers, Marketing Director, Applications Specialists, Business Processing, Global Marketing, SME) and the EU marketing team to help deliver the EU Customer Marketing Roadmap
- Help develop the strategy, tactical approach, execution and measurement of omni-channel, digital and Account-Based Marketing campaigns that increase customer engagement, drive sales and revenue.
- Project manage campaigns from beginning to end
- Work with the Customer Marketing Director, Category Managers, Applications Specialists and Global marketing to generate objectives, relevant messaging, engaging content, on-brand graphics and promotion of marketing material in English which can be used at EU level and translated to local languages as required.
- Assist in the creation compelling HTML emails (pardot), flyers, social media posts, based on existing templates and/or creating new documents which meet corporate branding guidelines.
- Create and manage events at EU and area/country-specific within timescales and budgets
- Utilize marketing tools, techniques and software solutions (Pardot and SFDC) to support the creation of a company-wide approach towards building data-driven campaigns including incorporating segmentation and marketing automation workflows into targeted marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing systems team on reporting campaign results to senior management and explains variances
- Be the main point of contact for marketing activities for Area Central
- Translate and produce material into German as required
- Create and develop a database of relevant third media opportunities and journals for area central
- Responds to external vendor/distributor and internal requests for material, exhibition support and other marketing activities

SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, Advertising or related field
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing-related role, managing the marketing function
- Experience within the Life Sciences, technical or scientific industry or equivalent highly desirable
- Consistent in meeting project deadlines.
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively in a verbal and written format.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including InDesign and basic design capabilities
- Proven experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, email creation systems required: SFDC and Pardot preferred
- Proven track record with google analytics, campaign reporting and evaluation
- Fluency in both written and verbal English and German.
