They work with a wide range of customer, ranging from wastewater treatment to life science application and everything in between. They have been establishing themselves as one of the best in the industry since their inception many years ago and are now looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities will include providing technical support to customers and colleagues via a range of method such as webchat, email and telephone. You will also look at creating, maintaining and updating the content on the company website and look after new products or product changes. You will act as a point of contact for customers, often giving quotations and responding global customer enquires as well as gaining technical information from suppliers to assist with queries.
To be considered for the role you will hold a degree in Chemistry or Chemistry related subject and ideally have some experience working in a laboratory. The ability to interpret and understand technical information as well as communicate and articulate it to other individuals will be important. You should also be highly computer and IT literate and have good attention to detail. The ability to work well as part of a team will be integral as well as having a strong initiative. The ability to speak another language would also be highly beneficial.
