I am looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to sell water treatment chemicals and conditioning services and equipment to industrial companies within the power, food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors. This is a field-based role covering the South East to include the East Midlands, East Anglia, London, Home and southern counties.
You will need strong drive and enthusiasm to deliver new business growth within your area and to ensure sufficient sales activity and prospect development to achieve your financial targets. You will work closely with the marketing teams, develop growth targets and track and monitor promotional activities. You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring they are kept up to date with all progress.
You are qualified to Degree level in Science, Environmental or Engineering with a strong track record of sales success. A strategic thinker, you are resilient and passionate with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You have proven ability to learn new applications, processes and procedures quickly.
