Location: South West London within M25 – Kingston-Upon Thames
This company are specialists in the field of Liquid Handling and laboratory products and have earned a great reputation in the market due to their focus on product quality and the highly motivated and trained staff they employ.
Due to succession planning, they are looking to recruit a Sales Account Manager to manage the South West London and Greater London territory. You should live within the M25 within easy commuting distance of Key clients in Hammersmith, Kensington and Sutton.
You will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets and objectives, managing and growing the existing customer base and growing new relationships. You will strategically identify and conduct key account analysis, create and develop plans to maintain existing business and gather intelligence for new opportunities. You will meet with customers to present and demonstrate products and generate leads, initiate and communicate proposals relevant to customer needs and use negotiation skills to achieve a successful sale. Essentially, you must have a Biological Sciences Degree and ideally knowledge of techniques in Molecular Biology, Tissue culture and Liquid Handling.
You must be a dynamic, personable and self-motivated individual with good organisational skills. You are driven to work hard and succeed in a competitive marketplace.
