Job Title: Director of Military Sales EMEA / LATAM

Salary/Salary Range: £130,000 - £150,000 plus £75,000

Location: Anywhere within the EMEA

We are working in partnership with a market leader within the medical devices field of resuscitation products, services and solutions. The business is renowned for their pioneering of products and ideas into this area on a global basis and, as such, are looking for someone to join at Director level to report to the Global Vice President. 

The Director of Military Sales provides strategic insight for development of the sales and marketing plan with primary focus on driving sales of the medical device products into the EMEA/ LA Military market. This individual has responsibility to achieve an annual Military sales objective, while developing key relationships and driving procurement opportunities on an ever-expanding level.

The role will be required to:

  • Develop and implement sales strategy in both direct and distribution countries
  • Provide leadership, management, and development
  • Identifying and developing international EMEA Military business opportunities; long range strategic planning; cultivating and maintaining customer relationships; shaping and monitoring assigned sales strategies
  • Engage in strategic planning, identifying new opportunities, collecting, and analysing competitive intelligence, developing capture strategies, and mapping customer strategies
  • Manage P&L budget and achieve revenue and margin

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Working knowledge EMEA Military healthcare system, acquisition process and NATO
  • 5-year plus Military capital equipment sales
  • 5-7 year plus sales leadership
  • P&L experience
  • Working for a growth company
  • Languages – Fluency in written and spoken English essential plus at least one other European language highly desirable
