Job of the Week - Digital Content Editor


Salary/Salary Range: £30000 - £35000

Location: Bath

We are working with an award-winning online company who operate within worldwide scientific communications. They have a strong passion for the world of science and work to produce articles and news on a wide variety of discoveries, inventions and news. Their aim is to get people talking about everything in the world of Science and provide a platform for news, articles and content for people to advance their knowledge and interest in all types of subject.

They are now looking to recruit a Digital Content Editor to create engaging subject matter to inform and entertain a global audience. The suitable candidate will look at reviewing products within the industry as well as generating discussion from within the scientific community in order to create a platform in which science is celebrated and talked about in high detail. You will also manage creative digital content including video and animation. In order to be considered you must have an academic background in a Scientific discipline and ideally have worked in some form of scientific role. You must be passionate about science and be able to write to a high standard with a high level of attention to detail. This person will need to be very creative with the ability to think outside the box. You will have worked within an Editorial or Digital Content role previously and be accomplished in video editing and Google Analytics.
