Job of the Week - Account Manager

We are working with an expanding, US based organisation, to appoint two Account Managers to be based in the UK. The Account Managers are responsible for the delivery of a world-class customer experience and ensuring that customers receive full value from their solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer onboarding and training
  • Proactively develop relationships with representatives within the organisation from senior buyers through to end users
  • Monitor customers in order to identify any threats, acting where necessary to ensure optimal customer experience and product usage
  • Create user case studies and communicate these to buyers
  • Attending trade shows, events and conferences

The successful candidates will have a scientific/technical degree and previous experience selling into the laboratory/technical markets.
