Graham's journey at Network Scientific

At our scientific recruitment agency, our team makes us who we are. We pride ourselves on our expertise and knowledge, as well as our work culture and values. 

Since 2010, we have been on a journey to meet our goals and grow the business, and in 2019 Graham joined the team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Since then he has brightened the recruitment team's future; receiving two promotions and managing a full team. 

We asked Graham to review his journey with Network Scientific. Check out how he found his first few months and where he is now!

2019 - Graham's first six months

Having been here a whirlwind few months already, I already feel like part of the Network Scientific Recruitment furniture. The welcome has been both warm and hilarious at the same time.

Subsequent to that, I have enjoyed every day thus far and I’ve been encouraged to utilise my knowledge to build on our presence within the medical devices marketplace which has resulted in a very smooth transition for me.

One of the most enjoyable factors about joining a science recruitment agency with values like Network Scientific is the ethical base. There's a drive to do things properly, and being transparent and authentic is the standard. I have always been an advocate of not being the “typical recruiter” and am delighted to have found a company that shares my ethos.

Here’s to a long and fruitful career with Network Scientific Recruitment, which I would recommend to anyone seeking to develop their career not only in recruitment but in niche recruitment sectors that challenge the brain!

2022 - Graham's third year

After three years in my Network Scientific career so far, I couldn't be happier to really be a part of the furniture this time! The team members I have worked with, past and present, have been a pleasure to manage and I have enjoyed the growth I have made too. 

I joined the team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, however, since then I have worked hard and received two further promotions. As the Recruitment Manager, I have the privilege to manage a variety of different personalities in the team. All of which are at different stages of their recruitment careers! It's a delight to watch them all grow and to assist along the way. 

Network Scientific's ethos still remains the same and the truthful approach to recruitment is still something that I am very passionate about. However, our scientific recruitment agency's ambition has flown through the roof! We have clear targets and goals for the next five years and I am keen to be a part of that!

The future is bright for our team, with lots of opportunity and growth potential across all industries. We're even taking our team into international fields!
